Mel runs regular courses for professional actors at Run At It Shouting, Southwark London and The Actors Studio, Pinewood.
She also does a monthly Zoom session for ‘The Actors Home’.

Mel can Zoom for important auditions or self-tape coaching. Zoom works best for screen work when you have a script.

Mel has worked on around 100 screen projects – films and TV series. She has coached numerous well know actors. (Seeimdb.me/melchurcher)
She has also worked on voice and text for major theatre companies and currently directs showreels for various companies and institutions. Mel has an MA in Voice Studies (C.S.S.D), an MA in Performing Arts (Mddx.), an Institute of Phonetics Certificate and is a member of the British Voice Association (having served on the council and the Education Working Party). She can help with any aspect of screen acting, acting or voice work: remedial, voice quality, projection and performance.
Mel also deals with all aspects of nerves and helps to bring performers confidence in their work and auditions. She specialises in linking performance skills: taking every kind of performer from sports people and martial arts experts to models and singers into the acting process.
